Bicycles with air-filled tires are lighter, more comfortable to ride, and more enjoyable to ride.

However, in reality, it is only on busy mornings that you notice that your bicycle tires are low on air, but you don't have time to go back to get an air pump, so the pedals remain heavy.

For me, pumping air was a hassle.

The pump-type air pump that is so common in Japan has not changed in shape for nearly 100 years.

Even though we all knew it was a hassle, this shape was so commonplace that no one complained.

In the 21st century, where convenience and automation are on the rise with the advent of smartphones, self-driving cars, cleaning robots, and dishwashers, pumping the air into the washing machine is still something that is still done by hand.

I felt very uncomfortable.

We then began developing a product: an air pump that would make the hassle less.

He picked out more than 10 factories that could manufacture compressors, ordered samples, and had his friends try them out, in order to find any problems and make improvements.

Meanwhile,

"I don't know how much air to put in."

These words from one person made me realize that even if a product is good, it's meaningless if it can't be used.

Therefore, we aimed to create an electric air pump that is "easy, simple and easy for anyone to use."

As a result, I felt that I was finally getting closer to creating the electric air pump I had been aiming for.

The name "panp®︎" was chosen with the hope that it would be redesigned to be "something that anyone can use easily, simply and with ease."

While there is still room for improvement, I believe this is a product that will make as many people as possible feel relieved.
