Any electrical appliance will have a certain number of defects.
In order to maintain a low defect rate and prevent recurrence, we inspect products three times before shipping.
We always collect defective products, inspect them, and share them with the factory.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will promptly replace or refund it.
The shipping costs for the procedure will be borne by our store.

・Due to incorrect usage procedures, it was not possible to use the product smoothly
As of April 2023, additional explanation has been added to the sales page.
To ensure correct and smooth use, we have included a "Step Card before use" which includes a video showing how to use each vehicle.

Smart Air Pump accepts returns, so please feel free to contact us. (You can return the product even after use within 30 days of receiving it.)

As of October 2022, we have changed this so that when you pre-order, you will be asked mandatory questions before adding to your cart, which you can always confirm.
