Return and exchange conditions and precautions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
• Products that have been damaged or scratched while in the customer's possession
• If more than 30 days have passed since the product arrived

There are no specific packaging requirements for returns, but please be careful not to damage the product.
Please note that you must return the product within 30 days of purchase to exchange or return it. We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges after that date, so please be sure to follow this rule.

Return Procedure

1. Please contact us via the inquiry form to request a return. Please include your order number to ensure a smooth process.
2. Please return the product with shipping charges prepaid.

About refund method

1. We will refund you within one week of receiving the product.
2. If you paid by credit card, Rakuten Pay, or Amazon Pay, we will cancel the transaction. (No refunds will be given at Seven-Eleven stores.)
3. Bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
